Son Serra de Marina is a very quiet coastal urbanization away from the big tourist agglomerations. Its kilometric beach, practically unspoilt, is one of the best in Mallorca. There you will also find some restaurants and supermarkets. In addition, it is only 15 minutes by car from the tourist area of Can Picafort or the town of Artà.

Air conditioning:

- As far as the air conditioning system is concerned, the house has hot / cold air conditioning units in all the bedrooms. For the other rooms you will find fans at your disposal.
