Sencelles, the closest town to the villa, it's a small town where you will find some restaurants, supermarkets and shops as well as some services and family activities. The closest city is Inca, where you can enjoy all services you could need. In addition, the accommodation is just 20 minutes drive from Palma, the capital of the island and its large sandy beaches.

Keep in mind that airplanes may pass over this area, which may be an aspect to consider for some guests.

As far as the air conditioning system is concerned, the accommodation has hot / cold air conditioning units in all the bedrooms and in the living room.
