The house is fully equipped and very bright. In addition, it has a swimming pool, a large garden of natural grass surrounding the house and several furnished terraces perfect to spend time outdoors and enjoy the magnificent climate of Mallorca.

The closest town is Santa Margalida, a small town located east of the island. There you can find numerous services as well as restaurants and shops. In addition, the excellent location of the villa allows you to explore the east coast of Majorca easily. It is less than 15 minutes by car from the bay of Alcúdia and its spectacular sandy beach and crystal clear waters. The tourist areas of Can Picafort, Platges de Muro or Port d'Alcúdia are also nearby.

- Responsible use of household linen must be made. In case of loss or leaving a piece in poor condition, the amount of 20Eur will be deducted from the deposit for each affected piece.

- Upon departure they will have to leave the property in an acceptable state of cleanliness and clean dishes. In the event that you leave the property in a state of dirt that requires an extra reinforcement for its cleaning, the price of this reinforcement will be deducted from the deposit and the amount will be from 100 euros.

- Upon departure it is forbidden to leave garbage inside or outside the property. In case of non-compliance, the minimum amount of 90 euros will be withheld from the deposit.

- Any breakage that occurs by customers (windows, appliances electronics, etc…) will be in charge of it.
