In addition, in the outskirts, you can enjoy the many hiking and cycling routes, thanks to its excellent location, at the foot of the Serra de la Serra de Tramuntana. On the other hand, it is only ten minutes by car from the city of Inca, and its countless services, or twenty minutes from the Bay of Alcudia and its spectacular sandy beach.

Air conditioning:

- As far as the air conditioning system is concerned, the accommodation has hot/cold air conditioning units in the living rooms, kitchen and two bedrooms. In addition, it has electric radiators in two bedrooms, in the living room on the upper floor and in the hall. In the other rooms, you will find fans and radiators at your disposal.
